There will be a fee of $50/hour for a sound technician. All requests for additional audio arrangements must be submitted and approved prior to the events/meeting. Changes to the sound system and equipment (i.e. unplugging cords, changing settings on the sound board, moving equipment between rooms, etc.) are NOT permitted without prior approval from the administration team. This will include but not limited to the following: 1. all full trash bags being removed. 2. Garbage bags replaced in trash cans. 3. Chairs/tables returned to the original setting. 4.
