Tamika Simmons dives into the book of Isaiah, emphasizing the significance of Isaiah’s prophecies which were fulfilled in the coming of Yeshua. Focusing on the passage from Isaiah 60:1-3, which commands the people of Israel to “Arise and shine, for your light has come”, she explains the meaning of this imperative; emphasizing the importance of standing up, shaking off the dust, and reflecting the Glory of the LORD.
Applying the message of “Arise and shine” to believers, both Jewish and Gentile, who are called to be the light of the world and reflect the image of God… Tamika encourages us to embrace our calling, seek God’s purpose for our lives, and allow His light to shine through them.
