🎄 Redeeming The Season with Michael Walker 🌟
What does it mean to redeem the season? In this heartfelt and thought-provoking episode, Michael Walker takes us on a journey through the challenges and beauty of celebrating Christmas as a Messianic believer. His message reminds us that Christmas isn’t about debates or divisions—it’s about embracing hope, reflecting on God’s redemptive plan, and uniting as believers to glorify Yeshua.
With his signature blend of humor and wisdom, Michael tackles tough questions with grace. “Do you think God is mad at two billion people for worshiping on Sunday?” he asks, adding, “The birth of our Messiah offers us hope, reconciliation, and unity in a divided world.”
Michael also shares powerful stories that bridge the personal and the profound. From the Christmas Truce of World War I—where enemy soldiers paused their fighting to sing carols together—to his own journey of uniting Messianic and Sunday congregations, Michael shows how this season is a unique opportunity to break down barriers and reflect God’s love.
Rooted in scripture, this episode shines light on timeless truths:
✨ Luke 2:10–11: “I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people.”
✨ Isaiah 9:6–7: “For to us a child is born… And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
✨ John 17:21: “May they be one as we are one.”
Michael reminds us that Christmas doesn’t replace biblical feasts like Sukkot or Hanukkah—it complements them. Just as the biblical feasts point to Yeshua, so does this celebration of His birth, giving believers a chance to shine His light into the darkness.
Whether you’re wrestling with objections to Christmas traditions or simply seeking fresh inspiration, this episode will challenge and encourage you to embrace the season with purpose and joy.
